Development Opportunities

NDI encourages ongoing employee development and provides both formal and informal opportunities for employees to experience a variety of roles and/or projects throughout the organization. Many of our employees have held multiple roles within NDI, both locally and internationally, including many of our senior leaders.

Sports and Social Activities

NDI is home to several sports teams including softball, hockey, and soccer and employs numerous runners, and tri-athletes that train and compete together.

Our Social Committee, comprised of employee volunteers, organizes a wide range of social events from the annual family picnic, holiday party, and children's Christmas party to Niagara wine tours, poker nights, and curling events.
