NDI Announces New President and C.E.O.

WATERLOO, Canada -- NDI announced today that Jamie A. Fraser has joined the company, succeeding David G. Crouch as the President and CEO.

Prior to joining NDI, Jamie A. Fraser was most recently Senior Vice President and Group General Manager at Amphenol Corporation (APH on NYSE). Mr. Fraser brings a wealth of experience accelerating growth and profitability across multiple markets and geographies.

David G. Crouch, who announced his succession plan in January 2008 said, "I am very pleased to have located such an excellent successor. I am confident, given Jamie’s previous experience and successes, that he will expand NDI’s leadership position."
