NDI Announces Change of Ownership

WATERLOO, Canada -- NDI announced today that they have completed a transaction to sell a controlling interest of NDI to Audax Group.

NDI expects little or no change to the day-to-day operation of the Company. The current NDI leadership team is staying intact with the exception of Jim Kearns, C.O.O. and David Crouch, President & C.E.O., who plan to transition out of the business within the next year. As such, NDI and Audax Group have begun the recruitment for these Executive responsibilities.

The NDI team looks forward to working with Audax Group to build on NDI’s successes of the past twenty-six years and to ensure NDI’s continued leadership in the development of measurement innovations.
