NDI Launches OPTOTRAK PROseries DMM Software Version 2.0

WATERLOO, CANADA – September 2nd, 2008: NDI has released a more powerful version of its innovative Dynamic Measuring Machine (DMM) software for OPTOTRAK PROseries. This easy-to-use application captures, records, and rapidly displays how 3D and 6DOF measurements change over time. Version 2.0 introduces a simplified user interface and greatly enhances the ability to perform complex alignment procedures.

Move beyond the limitations of conventional displacement sensors, strain gages and accelerometers. With just a few mouse clicks, users can perform dynamic motion measurement functions anywhere on the shop floor. Real-time visual feedback, simple setup, and the ability to export data make this an ideal tool for dynamic tracking applications such as structural analysis and door closure testing. There are no complicated learning curves, so new users can collect and analyze motion data almost immediately.
