New Measurement Volume for Aurora

The versatility of the Aurora^® system has been enhanced with the introduction of a new volume. At three times the size of the existing Cube volume, and with the same accuracy, the new Dome volume will allow the Aurora system to be used in many new electromagnetic measurement applications. The new Dome volume will be available as a customer option at time of purchase. Customers who choose the new Dome volume will be able to switch between Dome and Cube volumes as required. A comparison of the shapes and dimensions is shown here.

Cube entirely contained within Dome.
Cube: 500 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm
Dome: R1=660 mm, R2=480 mm

Aurora ToolBox

The Aurora system is now shipped with NDI ToolBox application software. NDI ToolBox is a suite of utilities for diagnostics, maintenance, testing and development support for the Aurora system.

General Features:

• View system configuration
• View system information such as hardware and firmware versions
• Update the version of firmware in the system
• Track tools for diagnostic assistance
• Collect and save tool tracking data
