Polaris Spectra & Polaris Vicra Accessories
The following accessories are available for the Polaris Spectra® and Polaris Vicra® systems.
NDI Passive Spheres
Designed by NDI for use with the Polaris® family of products, single-use NDI Passive Spheres are used on optically-tracked tools during computer-assisted therapy, including image-guided surgery. Read more information on NDI Passive Spheres.
NDI Radix Lens
Designed for use with the Polaris and the Polaris Spectra Systems, the Radix Lens has a smooth plastic surface that naturally sheds liquid and is easy to wipe clean to recover tracking. The Radix Lens also has the unique characteristic of being inherently resistant to partial occlusions, further enhancing its robust performance characteristics. Accuracy Assessment Kit
NDI's Accuracy Assessment Kit will help users determine if the Polaris Spectra or Polaris Vicra Position Sensor should be returned to NDI for re-characterization. This kit can be
used in the field and the procedure takes less than 15 minutes.

Development Tools
Both the Polaris Spectra and the Polaris Vicra systems produce measurement and location data based on tool design and marker placement. Development tools are offered for both systems as part of a tool kit or as individual tools.
